Ghisoni has returned to racing in slick form this time and remains outright $1.65 favourite in 2016 Dane Ripper Stakes betting markets with leading online bookie Ladbrokes.com.au.

Debuting to racing for consecutive wins a pair of minor Sydney sprints in November before immediately returning to the paddock, Ghisoni made a perfect transition to black type racing when claiming success in the Group 2 Surround Stakes (1400m) first-up on February 27th.

Charging home for sixth despite a tough run in transit in the Group 1 Coolmore Classic (1500m), the Lonhro filly placed a credible fifth in the Group 2 Arrowfield Sprint (1200m) on Day 2 of The Championships and arrived in Brisbane for success in the Group 3 Glenlogan Park Stakes (1350m) a fortnight ago.

While charged with overcoming the wide and reasonably awkward barrier 14, Ghisoni has been confirmed to be partnered by regular Godolphin hoop James McDonald.

Interestingly figuring as the only other runner currently available at 2016 Dane Ripper Stakes odds of less-than $10, Cradle Me ($6.50) is drawn ideally on the rails and will be partnered by Zac Purton on Saturday.

Ending a typically smart 2015 campaign with consecutive wins in the Listed Razor Sharp Handicap (1200m) and Listed Canterbury Classic (1200m), Cradle Me returned this time for fifth in the Group 3 Wenona Girl Quality (1200m) before placing fourth in the Group 3 Birthday Card Stakes (1200m).

Placing fifth amongst a talent-rich field in the Group 2 Sapphire Stakes (1200m) on April 9th, the Easy Rocking mare failed to fire in the Group 3 Darley Crown (1300m) on April 30th but has since run third in the Listed Luskin Star Stakes (1300m) and second in the Glenlogan Park Stakes.

My Poppette has continued to receive steady support in 2016 Dane Ripper Stakes betting markets; cutting in from a quote of $15 to currently register as outright $11 third-favourite.

Winner of the Group 2 Moonee Valley Fillies Classic (1600m) most notably through a strong spring preparation in 2015, My Poppette returned this time for a credible third in the Changing Place RE BM78 (1100m) on April 30th.

Having run on well from the rear of the field for fourth in the Group 3 Proud Miss Stakes (1200m) at Morphettville on May 21st, the Snippetson filly should relish the conditions of the Dane Ripper Stakes, particularly on the big Eagle Farm track.
